Welcome to Week 6: Day 2 Mindful Meditation

 

Good morning, today I will be doing a short video guiding you through a short mindful meditation. Find a nice quiet spot, feel free to find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting. The concept for today is simply to bring your focus and center into the present moment, and to find a state of peace and calm within yourself. Here we go!
